Breast Reconstruction
Augmentation- Known as breast enlargement/ breast enhancement/ breast implant surgery, is an aesthetic procedure designed to enhance the size and shape of the breast by inserting
implants. Breast augmentation may also be applied for those desiring reconstruction after
mastectomy or injury. Only FDA-approved silicone gel-filled breast implants is use for selection of various shapes and sizes. Incision will be done either in transaxillary (under arm), periareolar (around nipple) or inframammary (breast fold) area.
Lift- A breast lift or mastopexy is realignment and reconstruction of the nipple and breast to
correct loose breast tissues that are compressed and compacted to produce firm breasts.
Incision will be discussed with patient upon consultation.
Reduction- Reduction mammoplasty is a surgical procedure to remove excess fat, tissue and
skin from the breasts. Surgery can be done to reduce the size of either one or both overly large breasts which are causing physical problems in the shoulders, spine or back pain. Incision will
be done on a few options: Circular pattern around the areola, Keyhole or Racquet-shaped pattern or an inverted T or anchor-shaped incision pattern.
Gynaecomastia Reduction- This surgery usually applies to men who wish to improve the
appearance of their chest. The surgery takes two hours and is performed under intravenous
sedation or general anesthesia. Your surgeon will mark the region to be treated. Surgery can
involve liposuction or excision depending on the presence of excess fat or glandular tissue.
Arm Lift
Known as brachioplasty, it is a surgery to remove excess fats and skin at the underarms. During the procedure, the excessive fat is removed through liposuction. Internal sutures help in
forming new contours by tightening the underlying supportive tissues. In general, incisions are placed on the inner side of the arm or on the back of the arm that may extend from the
underarm (axilla), to the elbow.
Liposuction
Liposuction is a surgery to remove excessive fat from the body. The operation is performed
through small, inconspicuous incisions. Then a thin hollow tube, or cannula, is inserted through the incision into the fatty area and the tube back and forth; the fat is shaved off in tunnels and evacuated through attached tubing to a suction machine or suction syringe.
Tummy Tuck
Unlike liposuction, tummy tuck surgery will address problem in abdominal laxity to reduce the
excessive fat & skin. A full tummy tuck requires a horizontally-oriented incision in the area between the pubic hairline and navel. The shape and length of the incision will be determined
by the degree of correction necessary. Through this incision, weakened abdominal, muscles arerepaired and sutured and excess fat, tissue and skin is removed.
Hip Augmentation
Hip augmentation is to enhance the curvaceous outward appearance in the pelvic and lower pelvic area. Surgery can be done to transfer fat from another part of your body and injected to
the problem area, or implant. A benefit to this type of procedure, along with enhanced hips, is a trimmer midsection or whichever area of the body from which the surgeon decides to transfer fat.
Buttock Augmentation
Buttock augmentation is a procedure that reshapes and enhances your gluteal area, providing
you with an uplifted and shapelier buttock profile. The most frequent methods for enlarging
and reshaping your buttocks are fat grafting using your own natural fatty tissue (popularly
referred to as the Brazilian butt lift), or with buttock implants.
Thigh Lift
A thigh lift corrects sagging skin or loose skin in the inner and outer thighs, as well as to remove excess fat cells, cellulite deposits and improve thigh contours. Incision will be made to lift the
skin and pull upward, and suture between the junction of inner thigh.
Calf Enhancement
Calf enhancement is to reduce the calf muscles or add bulk to the calf to create a sculpted
calves and legs. Calf implants create proportionality and improve the appearance of not only
the legs but the entire body. Implant will be used for patient who wish to increase the calf size.
